Responsibilities:
Southomes could not be held for person in charge for the damage of any nature, direct or indirect resulting from the contents and/or the access and/or the use of the site (and/or the sites which are dependent for him), including in particular but not limitativement any trading loss, financial or commercial, loss of programs and/or data, all deteriorations or viruses which could infect the data-processing equipment or very other well of the user of the site, of the problems technical or different returning the access to the site (and/or the sites being dependent to him) difficult, random, even impossible, and this whatever are the origin and the source, of the contents of information interpretation and more generally of the errors or omissions which the site could contain, although Southomes endeavours to disseminate precise information and to update them.

Rectification/access right:
In accordance with the Data-processing Law and Freedoms (Law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978) you have a right of access, of opposition and modification of the data which concern you while addressing to you directly to Southomes. The utilisation subjective vocabulary such as: splendid, exceptional, rare, superb, ect... is prohibited and Southomes reserves the right of correction of any advertisement. Southomes reserves also the right to refuse or remove any advertisement whose character could attacked the deontology of the site.
